Soft Tissue Surgery & Orthopedics

Expert Surgery. Focused Care.
Better Outcomes.

Surgery is one of the most significant decisions a pet family will make. Whether your pet needs a complex soft tissue procedure, a cruciate repair, or fracture stabilization, the outcome depends heavily on the surgeon’s experience and the post-operative care that follows. At Summit, both are exceptional.

Post-Operative Care

Specialist-Level Care
After the Surgery Is Done.

Summit is a 24-hour facility for post-operative patients. What makes that meaningful is not just the hours — it is what those hours look like. Because Summit does not operate a walk-in emergency department, our criticalist’s full attention remains where it should be: on the patients in our care.

Every surgical patient is monitored by a board-certified criticalist, supported by a team of experienced veterinary nurses. This is the standard of care we believe every surgical patient deserves.

“Outcomes don’t end at the operating room door.”

Getting Your Pet
Back on Their Paws.

Orthopedic injuries and conditions can affect pets of any age or breed — from sudden trauma and accidents to gradual wear or congenital abnormalities. Whatever the cause, our board-certified orthopedic surgeon develops thoughtful, individualized treatment plans that account for your pet’s age, lifestyle, and recovery goals.

If you notice your pet limping, shifting weight, favoring a limb, or showing sensitivity in certain areas, it is worth having them evaluated. Some conditions will improve with conservative management; others benefit from surgical intervention. Either way, an early evaluation gives your pet the best chance at a strong recovery.
